All Celtic Linen ward linen is manufactured from fabrics which meet healthcare specifications, while our linen processing service complies fully with NHS HGS 95 (18) guidelines and is accredited and validated to I.S. EN 14065:2002 RABC standard.
In order to achieve the necessary high standard for our healthcare rental customers, every aspect of our plant has been equipped to minimise linen contact and prevent contamination. With a full barrier system and two continuous batch washers (CBWs) built into this barrier wall, our linen cleaning works on a “straight through” principal which means soiled linen enters the plant at one end and clean linen exits at the other.
Linen can be delivered to your central hospital linen room or direct to ward as part of bed linen hire service.
